The Chinatown Resident Association and the Governor’s Asian American Commission hosted the fifth Boston mayoral forum with Dan Conley, Suffolk County district attorney on Sept. 4 at the Josiah Quincy School. Pros and Cons on 4 Year Term for the Office of Mayor There is a citizen’s initiative petition being circulated by the Quincy Chamber of Commerce to add a ballot question regarding a 4 year term for the Office of Mayor. If successful with this petition a question regarding the 4 year term will be on next November’s election ballot.
