CCBA to report to attorney general about affordable housing plans

The Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of New England held its bimonthly meeting on July 30 at 90 Tyler Street. The CCBA received a letter from the attorney general’s office on July 25 about its use of rental funds. Continue reading

Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of New England (CCBA) – Chinatown Crime Watch Received Motorola Solutions Foundation Public Safety Grant

The Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of New England (CCBA) – Chinatown Crime Watch today announced it has received a $10,000.00 Public Safety Grant from Motorola Solutions Foundation on December 10, 2012 as part of the Public Safety and Security Institute. The Motorola Solutions Foundation is the charitable arm of Motorola Solutions Inc. With this Grant, CCBA – Chinatown Crime Watch will be able to continue nightly patrols and serve the Boston/Chinatown community, which has an estimated population of 20,000, seven days a week including holidays and in inclement weather.
