ATASK hosts ‘You for Me for You’ talkback Jan. 31

In 1993 ATASK raised awareness and funds for the first shelter and advocacy services for domestic violence survivors in New England with performances featuring Asian American artists. ATASK is thrilled to be collaborating with Company One in hosting playwright Mia Chung at the NE Premiere of her play “You for Me for You,” the first of ATASK’s anniversary celebration events in 2013.

Playwright David Henry Hwang discusses Asian identity at ATASK event

Award-winning playwright David Henry Hwang spoke about Asian Americans and the creative process at the Wheelock Family Theater on Dec. 8. The “Onstage with David Henry Hwang” event was hosted by ATASK, a provider of services for Asian families affected by domestic violence. The event was emceed by WGBH reporter Jared Bowen.
