Donnie Yen Visit with A-VOYCE

By the Asian Community Development Corporation Hong Kong’s top action star and local Boston boy, Donnie Yen, stopped by to chat with A-VOYCE youth on July 17th.  Our ecstatic teens and staff were thrilled to meet him.  Donnie spoke to the teens about his movies, his childhood in Boston’s Chinatown, and the importance of staying connected to the Chinatown community.  His mother is the famous Bow Sim Mark of the Chinese Wushu Research Institute; his father is newspaper editor Klyster Yen. SMART Youth Performs At Boston City Hall
