A Public Discussion
Monday, December 11th, 6:00-7:30

|This program is co-sponsored by Boston City Council President Michelle Wu and the Boston Women’s Heritage Trail. Susan Wilson, author, historian and photographer, will frame the topic. Councillor Wu will moderate a panel with representatives from the Boston Women’s Heritage Trail, Museum of African American History and Wing-kai To from the Chinese Historical Society of New England to delve into questions about the current state of Boston’s monuments and memorials. Who are we honoring in our public spaces? What changes could we make to more equitably represent our residents and be more inclusive of historically underrepresented communities?
