The Summer Music Academy for Real Teens (SMART), a summer music camp by the Chung Changing Lives Foundation and the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, Inc. was invited by City Councilor Tito Jackson to perform at Boston City Hall before the city council meeting. Under the conducting of Louie Bello, one of the music instructors of SMART, 26 youth sang the song Count On Me by Bruno Mars. Councilor Tito Jackson also presented an official resolution to Chung Changing Lives Executive Director Cecelia Chung in recognition of SMART.
