NSTAR is working to make improvements to electrical service in Boston’s Chinatown neighborhood. The work, which is taking place at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Beach Street, is part of NSTAR’s ongoing commitment to providing reliable electric service.
NSTAR’s work at Harrison Avenue and Beach Street in Chinatown began August 18 and is expected to continue through Sept. 16. Construction crews will occupy a portion of the roadway, typically leaving the remainder of the road passable to motorists. Police Details will ensure proper traffic flow and safe operations. General work hours are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
