Buds & Blossoms Early Education and Care Center celebrated graduation for its preschoolers on June 13 at the Stearns Auditorium of Tufts University.
Children sang songs in Mandarin and received diplomas.
At Buds & Blossoms, children learn in an immersive Mandarin environment. Licensed by Massachusetts and inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, the program for infants, toddlers and preschoolers offers a combination of play-based learning with language acquisition.
Buds & Blossoms is a program of the Asian American Civic Association, a nonprofit organization that has been providing vital education and social services to immigrants and linguistic minorities in Greater Boston for the past 40 years.
