On Wednesday, May 21, 2014, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine will be opening its doors and hearts to up to 100 children ages 12 and younger in need of dental care.
Participants will receive a free examination and treatment; this includes a check‐up, cleaning, x-rays, and fluoride or sealant, and, if needed, restorative work such as fillings, extractions or crowns. A few patients will also be eligible for ongoing free treatment for the year.
We would like to get this message out to all parents and caregivers in the Boston area to help identify children who may not be able to afford dental care and who may be in need of a dental home. To make a Dental Home Day appointment, contact the Tufts University Pediatric Dentistry Department at 617‐636‐6971 or email at
Thank you for helping us spread the word about this valuable, free program!
Dental Home Day is sponsored by Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Health Smiles Healthy Children: The Foundation of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Sunstar.
