The Fugu Truck is an upcoming food truck started by a group of Asian Americans. Starting April, the Fugu Truck will be serving Asian street food reconstituted and recreated from great food memories experienced by the team members growing up in different parts of Asia.

The menu items include a cool noodle salad with creamy sesame dressing, a tender braised pork bun panini, and a crispy scallion pancake wrap stuffed with spicy beef.
